Each year, NCDA celebrates the art form of dance in North Carolina with a statewide day of classes and performances during National Dance Week. Our NC Dance Day 2013 Celebration will take place on Saturday, April 27, 2013.

NCDA Annual Event 2013 Opportunities
The event will be held October 11-13, 2013 at the Durham School of the Arts. Apply to teach or show your work! Deadlines:

NCDA Mini-grants
The NCDA encourages and supports regional dance activities through our mini-grant program. Any individual or organizational member of the NCDA is eligible to apply for these grants. Pick a category: Technical & Production Assistance, College/High School Residency, Community Project/Outreach Activities, or Professional Development. Apply for up to $200 to fund your dance project.

NCDA Annual Award Nominations
Annual Award nominations are due April 25, 2013. The Annual Award honors one individual who has made a significant contribution to the growth and development of the field of dance in North Carolina. If you have someone in mind that you feel has made a substantial impact on the field of dance in our state and would like to see them recognized, we would like to hear from you.
